Medpharmacare pharmacy reserves the right to only process and ship orders if the following terms and conditions are accepted:
A. Medpharmacare pharmacy assumes no liability for the use of any products supplied. Liability rests with the purchaser to use products under the guidance of a licensed physician.
B. Medpharmacare pharmacy takes no responsibility for confirming the importation requirements and regulations of the purchaser and the purchaser's country of origin. All products are shipped : at the full risk of the purchaser in agreement of holding Medpharmacare pharmacy reserved towards any legal action, that might be brought against the purchaser if not acting in accordance with the regulations and importation laws of the destination country.
C. In the event an order is detained and confiscated by foreign customs, the loss rests completely with the purchaser, unless:

F. If incorrect shipping information is provided by the purchaser, the order might be misdelivered and/or returned to sender. Medpharmacare pharmacy takes no responsibility for order losses caused by this misdelivery or for losses occurring because shipments are unreturnable due to discreet shipping.
G. Prices are subjected to change according to International currency rates and changes in cost prices without further notice.
H. Availability of products is subjected to change without further notice.
I. Medpharmacare pharmacy takes no responsibility for dispatchment delays caused by delivery problems of manufacturer/supplier, or any other delays caused by a third party. Nor does Medpharmacare pharmacy take responsibility for shipment delays caused by holidays or the Postal Service.
J. In the event wrong products are received, the correct products will be reshipped free of charge.
K. Order cancellations after payment has been processed are not accepted.

M. MedPharmaCare.com shall not be held responsible for any misdelivery or nondelivery if the incorrect shipping address is provided.
N. All packages are shipped in an extremely discreet way. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package are never used. If the order is too large to fit one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (always included in the S&H-charges).
O. We accept Western Union is extremely secure, untraceable and untrackable. If you will be making multiple overseas purchases, we strongly recommend this method. It is worth it.
P. If you do not receive the purchased goods within 30 days of the date on which you have paid for them, you must notify us in within 40 days of the date on which you paid for the goods. MedPharmaCare shall reship in the event that an order is seized by your local Customs or FDA. We will (on production by you, to us, of a written letter from Customs or FDA or similar authority) offer a reship to an alternate name and address. If the shipment is seized and stopped a second time we do not offer a reship or refund.
